Process

Step 1:

Inquire

Make an inquiry in any of the forms detailing your package, preferred dates, locations and requests.

I will respond to you personally to chat about your inquiry further so we are both on the same page.

The next part is easy. Arrive to your photoshoot or event, and let's have some fun!

Step 3:

Selections & Final Galleries

Weddings & Event packages

If you have chosen to add a sneak peek gallery onto your package, you will receive a private online folder of your favourite moments 48 hours after your special day.

Your final gallery will be sent within 14-20 days.

Couples, Family and Solo Portrait packages

After your photoshoot, you will receive a private online folder containing watermarked RAWs of your photoshoot session. You will be given instructions on how to choose your favourite images (as per the final image amount of your chosen package).

Once selected, turnaround time depends on the size of your package.

Policies

Deposits & Payments

A deposit from your chosen package + any photography related customisations (extra time, location, images) is required to secure your session. This deposit is non-refundable, however, it can be rescheduled only once after.

Weddings & Events

Wedding and event packages require a $500.00 deposit, with the remaining cost to be paid in instalments.

Wedding packages must be fulfilled 3 months prior to wedding date.

Other event packages must be fulfilled 5 business days prior to event date.

Couples, Family & Solo Portraits

Portrait photo sessions require a 50% deposit of chosen package.
Remaining package amount is too be fulfilled 24 hours before photoshoot date.

Deposits are non-refundable because it covers the time spent planning your photoshoot with you, organising bookkeeping, admin, (typically other unseen) preparation and blocking out the date from other potential bookings.

Non-photography add on’s

Such as make up, hair, styling, studio/location hire etc, require full upfront payment upon booking as these services come from external vendors.

Cancellations

Weddings & Events

You can cancel up to 5 business days BEFORE your event date. However, your deposit and any instalments already made prior to cancelling will not refunded to you for the reasons stated above.

Couples, Family & Solo Portraits

You can cancel up to 48 hours BEFORE your photoshoot. However, your deposit will not refunded to you for the reasons stated above.

Cancellations within 24 hours / same day of your photoshoot require full package payment.

Media release

You have the right to choose to withhold media release of your images, or not.

If you allow media release, your images shall be shared on our social media and used on our website.
